Ordering Information

 

 

General Ordering Information & Disclaimer:

-All orders may be made online using Paypal or by mailing in a payment via money order. Sorry, we do not accept phone orders at this time.

 

-All orders MUST be shipped to the address provided in the order transaction. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not our responsibility.

-Typically all orders received Monday-Friday before 12pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped out same day. This is not a 100% guarantee but for about 95% of the orders this is true.

.

-Most deliveries require a signature. if you are not there to sign for your package you will most likely be left a notice to pick it up from your local post office.  if you are not home if you may be able to have your package be left at your door by leaving your postman a signed note including your full name, date, signature and instruction to leave your package (this is not guaranteed to work but it typically does).

 

-Payments made with e-checks will not be shipped until the check clears through Paypal. No exceptions.

 

-Delivery confirmation is provided on all orders with in the U.S.. Delivery Confirmation includes notification of a sent package and a successfully delivered package. Tracking is not included with delivery confirmation.

 

-We are not responsible for late or lost packages in the mail.

 

-Please make sure your Paypal email address is correct and that any associated spam filters are turned off incase we need to contact you regarding your order. 

 

-All orders are typically shipped with in 24hours of receiving payment Mon-Fri excluding holidays.

 


Return Policy-

-Exchange only--NO Refunds-- All unused/unopened items with the exception of clip-in hair may be exchanged. Items must be sent back to us with a postmark dated no later than 7 days after your items were delivered.

 

-Shipping charges are non-refundable/ Exchangeable. You are

responsible to pay for any additional shipping charges during an exchange.

 

-If you send back an exchange please include a note with what items you wish to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order was placed online, and any additional shipping charges if applicable. You can find out your shipping charges by adding the items you want in your online shopping cart and then clicking 'secure check out'. This will give you a grand total with shipping. If your exchange credit covers the new shipping charges you do not need to include extra payment.

 

-Please send all exchanged items with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any Packages that are not received.

 

Warning:

All Extension processes must be applied by licensed Beauticians only and we strongly recommend enough practices, such as adding and removing process, with a mannequin head before proceeding. YourHairShop.com is not responsible for any results from using our products. Anyone, who uses this product must do so at their own risk. All extension application items are only to be purchased by licensed beauticians. If you are not licensed Beautician, please consult your local extension salon.

 

Extra Large and/or Heavy Orders-

In some cases, very large or heavy orders may require additional shipping charges  in which case you will be notified by email. You may then choose to pay the additional shipping charges or receive a full refund for your order.
