D-LUX Hair includes two available lengths and a
total of 34 beautiful colors professionally designed to ensure a full head
of seamless extensions on every application.
D-LUX Hair is easily styled just
as you would your own natural hair. You may use any
of your common heat tools including
straightening irons, crimpers, hot rollers and curling irons.
Whichever way you choose to style your D-LUX hair,
the
style is sure to last through the night and
usually until
your next wash.
D-LUX Hair is available
to buy in quantities as low as our 20 Piece Bundles
and as large as our 160 Piece Full Pack. Different
available quantities will allow you to custom blend
a variety of colors to fit your individual needs.
We offer three different
types of coloring including:
•Solid
Colors- One solid color of hair.
•Side-by-Side
Colors- Two separate colors combined in a way that
the left side of the bond is one color and the right
side is the other which creates more
of a streaked look. The above picture on the left
has three examples of this coloring. Side-by-side colors can be identified in the color
number which will begin with the letter 'D' such as
#D18/22 which is a combination of color #18 and #22.
•Blended
Colors- These are also a combination of two separate
colors but they are a true blend of the two colors with
little or no streaked look. Blended Colors can be
identified in the color number which will begin with
the letter 'M' such as #M4/30 which is a blend of
color #4 and #30.
D-Lux hair is easily installed
using our free demos for installing D-LUX Stick Hair
here. For
reference, the average person requires 4oz- 6oz
of 18 " hair or 5oz- 7oz of 22" hair for
the installation of a full head.

Return Policy-
-Exchange only--NO Refunds-- All unused/unopened items with the exception of clip-in
hair may be exchanged. Items must be sent back to us with a postmark
dated no later than 7 days after your items were delivered.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable/ Exchangeable. You are
responsible to pay for any additional shipping charges during an
exchange.
-If
you send back an exchange please include a note with what items you wish
to receive in exchange, the address to send them to, the date your order
was placed online, and any additional shipping charges if applicable.
You can find out your shipping charges by adding the items you want in
your online shopping cart and then clicking 'secure check out'. This
will give you a grand total with shipping. If your exchange credit
covers the new shipping charges you do not need to include extra
payment.
-Please send all exchanged items with
delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any Packages that are
not received.

All Extension processes must be applied by licensed
Beauticians only and we strongly recommend enough practices, such as
adding and removing process, with a mannequin head before proceeding. YourHairShop.com
is not responsible for any results from using our
products. Anyone, who uses this product must do so at their own risk.
All extension application items are only to be purchased by licensed
beauticians. If you are not licensed Beautician,
please consult your local extension salon.

-All orders may be made online using
Paypal or by mailing in a payment via money order. Sorry, we do not accept
phone orders at this time.
-most deliveries require a signature. if you
are not there to sign for your package you will most likely be left a
notice to pick it up from your local post office. if you are not
home if you may be able to have your package be left at your door by
leaving your postman a signed note including your full name, date,
signature and instruction to leave your package (this is not guaranteed
to work but it typically does).
-Payments made with e-checks will not be
shipped until the check clears through Paypal. No exceptions.
-Delivery confirmation is provided on
all orders with in the U.S.. Delivery Confirmation includes notification
of a sent package and a successfully delivered package. Tracking is
not included with delivery confirmation.
-Please make sure your Paypal mailing
address is correct. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not
our responsibility.
-We are not responsible for late or lost
packages in the mail.
-Please make sure your Paypal email address
is correct and that any associated spam filters are turned off incase we
need to contact you regarding your order.
