Select a small
group of hairs to create your desired size strand.
|
Using fusion
chips, cut the chips in half and use one per strand. Melt
the 1/2 fusion chip in the extension wand.
|
Place
the small group of hairs from step one where you wish to
install it. Then apply the extension wand (with the melted
fusion chip) for 4-8 seconds (or) until the bond is
completely melted.

Using finger
protectors, quickly roll the melted bond in between your thumb
and forefinger until it hardens.

Apply 1-2 drops of
acetone (or bond remover) to the bond and then begin crunching
it between a pair of ridged tooth pliers. Give the bond a 1/4
turn and continue crunching.
The bond should
begin to break up.
|
Once the bond
breaks up begin combing it out. For pesky bonds try another
drop of acetone and continue to crunch the bond.
|
Comb the bond
completely out of hair.
Tip- Do
not tug at the bond during removal. Instead hold the natural
hair between the bond and scalp with one hand and grab the
far end of the extension with the other hand pulling
slightly. The bond should slide off easily, if it does not
repeat Step 1
